Break the Barrier (BTB) is a groundbreaking gender empowerment initiative designed to dismantle systemic barriers and foster a culture of equality. Train-the-Trainer Program
Empowering institutional gatekeepers to become strategic mentors by embedding gender-sensitive career support into the state’s educational infrastructure.
SAHYOG is a Train-the-Trainer program designed to strengthen Telangana government’s existing employability structures by integrating a gender-sensitive approach. Sahyog is a pioneering capacity-building initiative built to drive systemic change within higher education. In strategic partnership with the Commissionerate of Collegiate Education, Telangana, the program equips college placement officers with professional career coaching tools. By integrating gender-sensitive pedagogy into existing systems, Sahyog ensures that institutional support for women’s professional growth is sustainable, scalable, and permanently embedded within the state’s governance frameworks.
